At the time of layoffs, the Employer will provide the Union and its members a list of employees, which they intend to recall for the following season subject to business demands. Those that will not be recalled will be advised accordingly.

At the time of recall, those employees that the Employer has agreed to recall, will be recalled based on their previous Wine Store Seniority. At this time, the Employer also agrees to give due consideration to any other candidate that the Union wishes to put forward.
