13.01 - Duration of Agreement
The Agreement shall be full force and effect from Ratification, until and including December 31, 2010, and thereafter from year to year unless either party serves notice of termination or that changes are desired therein, on the other party hereto within four (4) months prior to the close of the 31st day of December 2010, or if such notice has not been served, then within four (4) months prior to the close of the 31st day December, in any year subsequent thereto.

13.02 - Section 50 of Labour Code of British Columbia
Both parties specifically agree that the termination provisions of the Labour Code of British Columbia, Section 50, Subsections 2 and 3, is not applicable to this Collective Agreement.
