LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING #2

Selco Construction
The parties agree to the following:
  1. Effective the date of ratification of the new agreement, Selco will no longer hold a maintenance contract with Mission Hill Family Estates.

  2. Mr. Doug Desson will be hired on Mission Hill Family Estates staff as an excluded Maintenance Supervisor.

  3. Mr. Ron Franks will be hired onto the bargaining unit maintenance staff effective the date of ratification, which will become his hire and seniority date.

  4. The Union agrees to withdraw the policy grievances dated July 21, 2004 and August 19, 2004, negating the scheduled arbitration.
