Section 1
The Company shall continue to make reasonable provisions for the safety and health of its employees at the plant during the hours of their employment and will maintain clean rest rooms and eating area.
Section 2
Protective devices, wearing apparel and other equipment necessary to properly protect its employees from injury shall be provided by the Company.
Section 3
A safety committee will be formed and meet in complete compliance with Workers' Compensation Board regulations. Copies of the Health & Safety meeting minutes will be sent to the Union Office.
