Guarantees
It is understood and agreed that the Company guarantees work to all its employees who were on the active payroll of Calona Wines Limited on May 31, 1973 on a full-time basis without layoff during the life of this collective agreement. However, this guarantee will not apply to employees hired or recalled after that date following normal addition or due to additional manpower requirement.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is understood and agreed that this provision will not apply in the event of a total and permanent plant closure.
