13.01 This agreement shall be in full force and effect from June 1, 2008, until and including May 31, 2010 and thereafter from year to year unless either party serves notice of termination, or that changes are desired therein, on the other Party hereto within four months prior to the close of the 31st day of May 2010, or if such notice has not been served, then within four months prior to the 31st day of May in any year subsequent thereto.
The parties agree to exclude s.50(2) of the Labour Relations Code.
13.02 During any period when collective bargaining negotiations are being conducted between the parties to amend this agreement, the present agreement shall continue in full force and effect until:Effective the 24th day of July, 2008
- The Union commences a lawful strike; or
- The Company commences a lawful lockout; or
- The parties enter into a new or amended agreement.
