The parties have agreed to perform the delivery work in a manner which is competitive with alternatives available. It is understood that any outstanding and ongoing operational and/or administrative issues shall be discussed seeking joint resolve with consideration for cost effectiveness, customer service and operational feasibility. The parties will continue to work together to ensure that appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), which are necessary to achieve and maintain a competitive operation, are developed on an annual basis and monitored. Such KPI's may include delivery cost, labour cost, overtime usage, customer service results, and Time Paid Not Worked (TPNW).
